. Sasapops are "artisinal frozen pops".  Owners and sister and brother team, Liza Vergara-Gross and Joe Vergara explain, "When we landed in Las Vegas in 2008, frozen pops were no where in mind. We actually got our start at the local farmers markets selling handmade pastries, desserts and Hawaiian style snow cones called Shave Ice." I first learned about Sasapops at a local Las Vegas event and then found them in the frozen section at Whole Foods Market.  Sasapops may not be officially ice cream, but they state, "No added flavors or colors. No funky gums or stabilizers. Just pure goodness frozen on a stick." There are Salted Peanut Caramel, Carrot Cake, Apple Pie al la Mode Pumpkin Pie and there are more!
