We actually got our start at the local farmers markets selling handmade pastries, desserts and Hawaiian style snow cones called Shave Ice." I first learned about Sasapops at a local Las Vegas event and then found them in the frozen section at Whole Foods Market.  Sasapops may not be officially ice cream, but they state, "No added flavors or colors. No funky gums or stabilizers. Just pure goodness frozen on a stick." There are Salted Peanut Caramel, Carrot Cake, Apple Pie al la Mode Pumpkin Pie and there are more! I recommend Pineapple Upside Down Cake! Sasa pops are available at Las Vegas Premium Outlets.
